  1. [October-December 2026] I am coordinating and co-lecturing the Advanced Computational Science (ACM30130) module at University College Dublin.
  2. [October 2026] Our paper is now out in Int. J. Biomath. 🥳. Collaboration with Hammed O. Fatoyinbo, Parul Tiwari, and Peter Olanipekun.
  3. [October 2026] I visited the Centre for Mathematical Medicine and Biology at the University of Nottingham. I also gave a talk on the framework for finding network-based patterns in neuropixels recordings. Find the slides here.
  4. [September 2026] My postdoc host Áine Byrne and I finally submitted our manuscript based on the framework for finding network-based patterns in neuropixels recordings. Read the preprint here in BioRxiv.
  5. [September 2026] Gave an online invited seminar on our vR-FCD framework and Python package at the MOCAM seminar series at the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesberg. Find the slides here.
  6. [August 2026] From February-April 2026 my colleagues from New Zealand and Nigeria along with myself in Ireland (very international!) participated in the HPAI Modelling Challenge organised by WiLiMan-ID. We successfully finished the three-phase challenge and were able to device a modelling framework which is now available as a preprint.
  7. [July 2026] New preprint on the collective dynamics in networks of coupled Gumowski-Map with Hammed is out.
  8. [June 2026-July 2026] I will serve as a TA at the Cold Spring Harbour summer school in Computational and Cognitive Neuroscience to be held in Suzhou, China. 🧠
  9. [March 2026] I served as a judge for the MCM/ICM modelling challenge hosted by the Consortium for Mathematics and its Applications
  10. [March 2026-December 2028] I will be visiting the Physiology Department in Trinity College Dublin until the end of 2028. I will be working in Prof. Mark Cunnigham's lab.

  14. [December 2025] Gave a lowkey fun talk today on using different tools in applied math research (Indra's perspective) at my group's monthly meeting.
  15. [November 2025] Acquired my LAST training certificate after an exam. This was a training focused on ethical animal research.
  16. [November 2025] Gave a two-hours intensive seminar at the Python Ireland 2025 🐍. The tutorial was on Time series analysis of coupled neurons. Access the github repository.

  27. [May 2025] Gave an invited talk at one of the minisymposiums in the SIAM Conference on Applications of Dynamical Systems (DS25). I talked about resonant grazing bifurcations in impact oscillator models.
